Job Profile

We are seeking a professional and personable HR Administrator (Emirati) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal in delivering efficient HR operations and providing high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented Emirati looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process such as CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
  • Assist in the Work permit and Visa documentations.
  • Support with onboarding activities, including employee documentation and D365 system updates.

HR Administration

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
  • Act as a reliever for reception duties and support other HR team members during leave periods.
  • Prepare HR correspondence including warning letters, Arabic letter and No Objection Certificates.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Manage and follow up on the MyBenefits platform, including employee additions, deletions, and updates.
  • Responsible in managing Company Medical Insurance, including employee enrollment, deletion, and issuance of Continuity Certificates.

Qualifications

  • Emirati Nationals.
  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: from 8:00 am to 5pm
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous HR Administrative experience is preferred but not required
