Aertssen Machinery Services endeavors is to excel in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety which encompasses all the operations and activity of the group that requires involvement, commitment and effective integrated communication of all employees in the organization to achieve continual improvement.

Goals,

This policy:

  • shows the commitment of the management and workers to health and safety,

  • aims to remove or reduce the risks to the health, safety and welfare of all workers, contractors and visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by the processes,

  • aims to ensure all work activities are done safely.

Responsibilities,

The Management is responsible for providing and maintaining:

  • a safe working environment, safe system of work, equipment and substances in safe condition,

  • facilities for the welfare of all employees and visitors,

  • sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision needed to make sure that all workers are safe from injury and risks to their health,

  • accidents, incidents and ill-health arising out of work are reported, recorded and investigated where necessary,

  • work areas are regularly inspected and monitored for unsafe conditions,

  • Health and safety arrangements are regularly monitored and reviewed for effectiveness.

The employees are responsible for:

  • ensuring their own personal health and safety, and that of others in the workplace,

  • complying with any reasonable directions (such as safe work procedures, wearing personal protective equipment) given by management for health and safety,

  • Participate in safety and health training,

  • Make proper use of all machinery, tools and substances,

  • Report any defects in the place of work, equipment, etc. which might endanger safety and health.

 

A dedicated participation and commitment of the organization is the key to achieve the objective of this policy.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Aertssen Machinery Services endeavors is to excel in the area of Environment which encompasses all the operations and activity of the group that requires involvement, commitment and effective integrated communication of all employees in the organization to achieve continual improvement.

 

Top management endorses this policy and ensures it is compatible with the context and strategic direction of the company, improve employee morale, promote a high reputation of the company, increase productivity and minimize waste and reduce the impact on the environment.

Top management is committed to ensure that the organization:

  • Complies with all applicable obligations, where these relate to our environmental aspects,

  • Provides employees and others with the resources needed for the EMS, including support, direction and encouragement to fulfill the requirements, commensurate with their role,

  • Provides environmental risk assessment by identifying hazard and eliminate the risk,

  • Strives to integrate the EMS into all business processes,

  • Protects the environment, prevents pollution and meet other specific relevant commitments, 

  • Continuously seek to improve environmental performance by identifying and investigating efforts to reduce pollution, waste and consumption of resources,

  • Efficiently use all cranes, vehicles, and other equipment and ensure proper preventive maintenance to minimize the environmental impact they may have,

  • Ensures that the environment is considered in the procurement of goods and services,

  • Understand personal responsibilities that contribute to improved environmental performance,

  • Supports other relevant management roles to demonstrate leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.

 

This policy will be communicated to all employees and organizations working for or on our behalf. Employees and other organizations are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy; whilst ensuring that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, others, or the environment.

QUALITY POLICY

Aertssen Machinery Services endeavors is to excel in the area of quality which encompasses all the operations and activity of the group that requires involvement, commitment and effective integrated communication of all employees in the organization to ensure effective implementation and continual improvement of “Quality Management System” through periodic reviews.

 

The quality policy of the company is to provide quality services to the client with one objective to perform all lifting operation with an exceptional level and enhancing customer satisfaction that we may be able to establish a long term relationship with our clients through on time delivery of high quality performance cranes and complete provision of necessary guidance on technical, administrative and human factors from initial identification of customer needs to final satisfaction of requirements and expectations with full compliance in all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. 

To achieve the quality objectives, the management will strive to improve the following;

  • Employee competency by providing trainings.

  • Provision of service with reliability, availability and maintainability with permanent prevention of defects or crane failures.

  • Suitability of parts and materials used in the products.

  • Understanding customer /client requirements thoroughly and adequately.

  • Fulfilling agreed customer requirements and striving to exceed to customer expectations.

  • Proper disposal of the product at the end of his life. (Upgrading the machine or equipment or the use where it is intended is lessen).

  • Provision of safe working environment with an objective of improving overall performance of the organization.

  • Adopting management system that conforms to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

The above quality program or platform will be managed by quality assurance for its effectiveness and efficiency.
